Under Today’s News, you can find the latest information from leading health publications. Just enter a keyword, category, or topic.
Tools to help with fitness and nutrition planning can be found in the For Your Health box in the middle of the screen.
By clicking the Menu tab on the top left of the screen, you’ll find other useful tools: charts to help you track your health numbers, a medical diary to schedule appointments and reminders.

Live well and earn Blue Points
Go to Blue Access for Members and click on the three-person silhouettes of your Personal Health Manager. Then click on Live Well to begin developing a self-improvement plan that may help you cope with stress, anxiety and life’s daily challenges.
Log in daily to report your activities. Each time you report on your progress you can earn Blue Points redeemable for gift cards to retailers for health and fitness products, an iPOD, and other items.
