 Fate in our hands

 I’ve exposed my soul
my heart lies uncovered
vulnerable and trembling
there at your feet
to crush or caress

You’ve exposed yourself
your dark skin uncovered
vulnerable and trembling
here in my hands
to kiss and caress

Exposing a fraction of our souls
emotions were bared
vulnerable and trembling
fate in our hands
to ignore or caress
