Worker's Compensation

Mission Statement

To be classified as the #1 city in the nation for employee safety, employee retention after an on-the-job injury, and development of effective safety leaders at every level of the organization.

Effective leaders champion and support other leaders at every level in their organization. They encourage them, coach them, remove obstacles that stand in their way and help them when they encounter trouble. Creech says it best, "You have to find the way, show the way and pave the way". David Osborne and Peter Hutchinson (2004, P. 322). The Price of Government: Getting the Results We Need in an Age of Permanent Fiscal Crisis. Park Avenue South, New York: Basic Books.

Objective:

To meet the reasonable, necessary, and related medical needs of our injured workers for expedient and healthy return to work.

Our Core Values:

In providing services to our client departments our actions will be fair, honest, equitable, efficient and accountable; our decisions are based on merit not favoritism.
