Long-Term Objectives: Establish a process by which paper-based workflows can be identified, prioritized, and automated Establish a process by which internally generated documents are reviewed, redacted, and published on the City web site Establish a process by which electronic documents are routinely reviewed against retention requirements and purged, appropriately Initial Objective: Capture the Request for Council Action ("RCA") workflow Archive RCA documents to internal repositories Publish a subset of RCA documents to searchable, public-facing web sites
