Jones Hall is more than a performance hall. The magnificent beauty and design of the building has provided style for everything including corporate meetings and galas.

Event planners have found the stage an ideal setting for creative productions. On multiple occasions, the stage has been transformed into a backdrop for receptions and business meetings. As many as 500 have dined on the stage at once. The stage offers practically limitless flexibility for a variety of performances and activities. Soaring 81 feet to the grid, the stage area is 120 feet wide and 55 feet deep. Deeper stage effects can be obtained by raising the orchestra pit. The proscenium opening is nearly 32 feet tall and 60 feet wide and this may be brought down to smaller sizes. The 63-ton symphony shell easily stores flush against backstage walls. Additional requirements such as dressing rooms, loading dock, freight elevator and lighting equipment are nearby.
