Scout Project Gets Mayor's Approval

 

February 10, 2012 -- Houston Mayor Annise Parker posed with Boy Scout Troops 839 and 484 during her visit to the Kingwood Branch Library Feb. 10. The scouts assisted Ben Johnson and his Eagle project in tidying up the landscaping and area around the building. Johnson said the project included fixing and reposting a mailbox, clearing fallen limbs and other debris, adding mulch to flowerbeds and removing any trash. Photo by Geoffrey Geiger.
