Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Houston are held each TUESDAY at 1:30 p.m.and each WEDNESDAY at 9:00 a.m. with the reading of the descriptions, captions or titles of the agenda items by the City Secretary to begin not earlier than 60 minutes before the scheduled commencement for the purpose of conducting the regular business and affairs of the City of Houston listed on the city's website.
