Houston's Victim Memorial is a unique uplifting memorial in remembrance to those whose lives have been shattered by an act of crime. Each paver surrounding the Victim's Memorial is dedicated to the dozens of victim service organizations whose primary function is to improve the well-being of crime vicitms.
