HOUSTON MAYOR BILL WHITE SPEAKS AT TEXAS PARKING ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE

April 7, 2006 -- Houston Mayor Bill White spoke to delegates of the Texas Parking Association Annual Conference, held recently at the Westin Galleria Hotel in Houston. The Mayor congratulated Liliana Rambo, Houston’s assistant director of parking management, on many successful parking projects taking place in the city, including City Council’s approval that day of a three-year contract to install state-of-the-art wireless parking meter pay stations throughout the City of Houston.
