Parking Benefit Districts

What is a Parking Benefit District?
A Parking Benefit District is a defined area where a portion of the net meter and/or permit revenue is returned to a district and dedicated for public improvement projects. The funds can be applied to existing or newly identified projects recommend by the Advisory Committee. The projects are managed by the City or the Management District.

An Advisory Committee composed of businesses representatives and residents of the district meet quarterly and recommend public improvement projects to the City.
