Question: How can I obtain a residential permit?
Answer: Simply fill out the Residential Permit Parking Form (.pdf) and return to:

Parking Management / P.O. Box 4997 / Houston, TX, 77002.

Resident Permit $20 each, limited to the number of vehicles registered to the applicant address.
Visitor Hang Tag $2 each limited to two per address.
Service Provider Permit $10 each, limited to two per address.
One-day Permit $1 each.
One-day Permit (pack of 20) $15 limited to 5 packs per year per residential address.
