Description:
A combination of cardio, strength training and flexibility that takes you through a series of stations using effective circuit training principals and the latest aquatic equipment for a total body workout. Intensity: light to moderate.
Class Dates:
Classes begin the week of June 17th through August 14th.
Days and Sites:
Tuesday and Thursdays at Macgregor Pool and Mason Pool.
Time:
8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
Registration:
Registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis on the first day of class at the pool site. Classes are limited to a maximum of 25 participants. Free!
