2008 SUMMER ADULT DEEP WATER FITNESS TRAINING CLASS
Description:
A combination of cardio, strength training and flexibility training using a buoyant floating belt in the deep end of the pool. A specific focus on ab/core work and balance training. Intensity: moderate to hard.
Class Dates:
Classes begin the week of June 17th through August 14th.
Days and Sites:
Tuesday and Thursday at Memorial Pool.
Time:
11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Registration:
Registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis on the first day of class at the pool site. Classes are limited to a maximum of 25 participants. Free!
