Description:
An athletic approach to water fitness with sports-specific drills, intense cardiovascular work, intervals, and plyometrics. A great form of cross training. Intensity: moderate to hard.
Class Dates:
Classes begin the week of June 17th through August 14th.
Days and Sites:
Tuesday and Thursday at Alief Pool - 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
Tuesday and Thursday at Westbury Pool - 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Registration:
Registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis on the first day of class at the pool site. Classes are limited to a maximum of 25 participants. Free!
