Park Administration oversees the flagship parks of the department. These include Hermann Park, Memorial Park, Herman Brown Park, and Lake Houston Park. They are responsible for events in the park and community relations, which they implement in coordination with other HPARD divisions. Planning for these parks takes place under their jurisdiction, as well as construction and renovation projects, maintenance, and security.
