The Houston Parks and Recreation Department (HPARD) is composed of nine divisions - Recreation & Wellness; Greenspace Management; Facilities Management and Development; Management and Finance; Grants, Legislation and Development; Urban Park Rangers; Park Administration; Lake Houston Park and Communications. Each division is committed to providing quality services and programs and to being responsive to the Houston community we serve.
