Indicator description:

This indicator provides a measure of equal access to prosperity. The indicator identifies the number of minority and women owned businesses (as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration), measured for the City of Houston. This indicator is a measure of local establishments that help individuals gain equity through ownership and job opportunities for all.
