Indicator description:

This indicator provides a measure of residents’ access to community facilities. A community facility is a recreational, social or educational gathering space dedicated for public use. This may include parks, squares, plazas, trails, pools, recreational facilities, gathering halls, schools and libraries. The indicator identifies the population living within a half mile of a community facility.
