The Community Planning department works to build the capacity of neighborhood organizations and super neighborhood councils.
The Department actively partners with other agencies to create a broad-based, multi-disciplinary program focused on providing technical assistance and training, responding to emerging issues and building healthy neighborhoods.
The Department also supports programs and initiatives designed to encourage the stabilization or revitalization of neighborhoods.
