The information will be mapped to create a visual resource of what subdivisions have restrictions and will greatly assist the City in determining if proposed development is in compliance with local deed restrictions.

We are asking representatives from civic clubs and homeowners associations to fill out the Deed Restrictions Form and returrn it to the department at the address or fax number given on the form.
Your civic club should also track new development through both the email plat notification and email permit report and alert city officials if construction violates those restrictions.
