Presentations and discussion of the proposed MTFP amendments by the respective applicants on Thursday, May 1, 2008 from 2:30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Optional Workshop Date - Thursday, May 22; from 1:00 PM to 2:30 p.m.).
Property Owner Notification
Notice of the Open House and Public Hearing will be mailed to affected property owners early in June 2008 and, also run in the Houston Chronicle on three consecutive days.
Open House
Hold a Open House on Thursday July 10, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the United Way Community Resource Center , 50 Waugh Drive. The purpose of the Open House is to provide information about all Major Thoroughfare and Freeway Plan amendment requests to anyone from the community who may have an interest.
Public Hearing
Thursday, July 24, 2008, 2:30 p.m., City Hall Annex, Council Chamber.
Planning Commission Consideration
The Planning Commission will consider taking action on each application on Thursday, August 7, 2008 (and if needed Thursday, August 21).
