1. Planning Commission may reverse the order of the agenda and considervariances first, followed by replats requiring a public hearing with variances second, replats requiring a public hearing with no variance third and consent agenda last. Any contested consent item will be moved to the end of the agenda.
For the agenda items listed below, applicants will be allowed 3 minutes of opening remarks followed by signed speakers at 2 minutes each. The applicant will be allowed an additional 2 minutes for closing remarks.

For all items on the Consent agenda, signed speakers will be allowed 1 minute to make comments. All Consent items taken out of order will be considered at the end of the meeting.

4. Questions from commissioners on any item should be targeted to elements to enhance their decision making ability.
