The purpose of the Stop Trashing Houston campaign is to create a catalyst for change in the neighborhoods that suffer from these problems.

By combining public education with added enforcement, Stop Trashing Houston can eliminate illegal dumping and littering by effectively changing behavor - making Houston a cleaner, more livable city.
