ADR's Mediation Section is currently
involved in a pilot program in association with the Office of Inspector
General (OIG). Under this pilot program ADR's Mediation Section will
make its mediation process available to ALL city of Houston employees
provided the issue(s) referred by OIG are determined to be eligible
for mediation. This program serves to expand the mediation process to
reach all city employees in order to address and resolve disputes and
conflicts among all members of the city's workforce.
