The boundary begins at the HB&T
railroad trussel over the Buffalo Bayou, then goes east along
the middle of Buffalo Bayou as it travels south and connects with
the Turning Basin of the Houston Ship Channel; the boundary goes
south on the Houston Ship Channel to the Brays Bayou. It follows
along the middle of Brays Bayou west and continues southwest where
Brays Bayou intersects the HB&T railroad tracks. The boundary
follows the HB&T railroad tracks southwest as they travel
parallel with Griggs Road. It then turns northwest on the Gulf
Freeway to the intersection of the Gulf Freeway and Des Jardines.
The Gulf Freeway and its feeder road will be within the jurisdiction
of 11H10. The boundary goes northeast on Des Jardines and continues
northeast on Des Jardines to Lawndale. Addresses on both sides
of Des Jardines and Telephone Road will be in the jurisdiction
of 11H10. It then goes northwest on Lawndale from Des Jardines
to the HB&T railroad tracks. The addresses on both sides of
Lawndale will not be in the jurisdiction of 11H10, but will be
in the jurisdiction of 10H20. The boundary follows the HB&T
railroad tracks to the beginning point on the trussel over the
middle of Buffalo Bayou. The tracks and the area under them as
they cross over the Buffalo Bayou will be the responsibility of
11H10.
