The boundary begins at the intersection
of the Gulf Freeway and the South Loop East. It goes east along
South Loop East to the intersection with the La Porte Freeway.
It continues east on the La Porte Freeway to the point where Sims
Bayou runs underneath the La Porte Freeway. The boundary then
follows Sims Bayou west and south to the MKT railroad that runs
parallel to Old Galveston Road. The boundary runs southeast along
the MKT railroad to its intersection with Berry Creek. The railroad
tracks will be the responsibility of 11H40. The boundary then
follows Berry Creek southwest to the Gulf Freeway. It follows
the Gulf Freeway northwest to the intersection with the South
Loop. The Gulf Freeway is the responsibility of 11H30.
