The boundary begins at a point on
Almeda Road about one half mile north of Clover Lane and one mile
south of Reed Road. This point is on a line from the T-intersection
of Airport Boulevard and South Freeway (State Highway 288), and
the intersection of Hiram Clarke and South Main. The beat boundary
begins at this point and follows the line through the open space
east to the inersection of Airport Boulevard and South Freeway.
At that intersection, the beat boundary turns south along the
west side of the South Freeway and goes to Houston City Limits
that run along Fellows. The South Freeway and east feeder road
are the responsibility of 14 District. The beat boundary follows
the city limits west along Fellows to Almeda Road. Both boundaries
turn north along Almeda Road for about one half mile. When the
city limits turn west off of Almeda Road, the beat boundary continues
north along the west lot lines of Almeda Road to the point of
origin.
