Incident at 12803 Northborough

August 5, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 12803 Northborough about 9:20 p. m. Thursday (Aug. 4).

The victim is identified as Michael Jackson, 28, of 5830 Fallengate in Spring, Texas. Jackson suffered a gunshot wound to the chest.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. D. Newcomb and Officer T. Huynh reported:

The victim was shot at the apartment complex at 12803 Northborough. HFD paramedics arrived on the scene and pronounced him dead. There are no known suspects at this time.
