Incident at 2907 1/2 Alabama

December 13, 2005 -- Houston police are awaiting the results of an autopsy in the death of a child at 2907 ½ Alabama about 10 p.m. on Monday (Dec. 12).

The victim is identified as Mark Young, 3, of 2907 ½ Alabama. The cause of death is pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner's office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant F.B. Boothe and Officer I.F. Flores Jr. reported:

HFD Paramedics transported the victim to Texas Children's Hospital after he began experiencing respiratory problems. The child was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
