Steward had his cell phone stolen from him several
days ago. Since then, he managed to track down the person who
had the phone and agreed to pay that person a $125 reward for
its return. The cell phone was returned to Steward on Wednesday
morning, but he was unable to pay the reward. A scuffle broke
out and Vargas shot Steward.
