Update on Incident at 10401 S. Main

June 13, 2005 -- Charges have been filed in the fatal stabbing of a man at 10401 S. Main about 6:50 p.m. on Friday, June 10, 2005.

The suspect, Kristy Renee Lambert (w/f, DOB: 4-11-83), is wanted and has been charged with murder in the 248th State District Court.

The deceased victim is identified as Rigoberto Parada, 35, of 6301 West Bellfort. He was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Hospital.

HPD Homicide Division Sgt. M.D. Newcomb and Officer T. Huynh reported:

Parada was stabbed in a motel room after being seen in the company of Lambert. Lambert is described as a white female, 22 years of age, 5 feet 7 inches and 135 pounds. Lambert has blonde/brown hair and is known as "Christy Lambert" or "Champagne." She is known to frequent the South Main/South Loop and Hillcroft/Southwest Freeway areas.
