A male customer and an employee got into an argument
in the parking lot of a cabaret. A security guard employed at
the business asked the male customer to leave. The male began
to yell, curse and threaten the security guard. The security guard
used a hand held stun gun device on the male after the male charged
at him. The male then charged the security guard again and began
to struggle with him for his gun, causing the gun to discharge
