Witnesses said Paul was a business owner in the area and was taking a female employee home. The female employee arrived home where she found the suspect, Lewis, with whom she had been having an affair with, inside. It appears Lewis broke into her home and was armed with her husband's weapon. The female went outside and advised Paul that she had a problem.
