Two eleven-year old female students from Johnston Middle School were slightly injured from shards of glass after the bullet ripped through the bus window as it traveled along the 9900 block of Ashville. The students told investigators that they heard a loud pop noise and saw the hole in the window and the glass broken out.

The suspect is described as a black male with a very dark complexion, average build, very tall (6'3 or taller) and in his late teens or early 20's. A composite sketch of the suspect is attached to this news release.
