Incident at 4820 Jarmese

March 14, 2006 -- Houston police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a 31-year-old man at 4820 Jarmese on Monday, March 13, 2006 at 10:45 p.m.

According to HPD Homicide Division Sergeant I.F. Flores and Officer P.T.Yochum, the victim, Brian Kelly of 4835 Jarmese #8, died at the scene after being shot. Witnesses reported that the suspect walked up to Kelly without saying a word and shot him multiple times.

The suspect is described as a dark complexioned black male wearing a brown jacket and a white button down shirt and dark colored jeans. He is between 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing about 210 pounds.
