Update on Incident at 2000 Del Norte

November 14, 2006 -- Houston police homicide investigators have released a composite sketch of an unidentified female found at 2000 Del Norte about 8:30 a.m. on June 26, 2006.

The female, whose body was in an advanced state of decomposition, is possibly Asian, 30 to 50 years old, and 5 feet 3 to 5 feet 8 inches tall. She has what might have been a tumor or bone deformity just below her nose. Two reconstructed composite sketches of the female, one depicting her with a smile, are attached to this news release. HPD Homicide Division Lieutenant R. Walker, Sergeant B. Roberts and Officer R. Chappell reported:

A truck driver working in the area discovered a decomposing body lying in a ditch. HFD paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead.
