Incident at 1251 Wilcrest August 21, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 1251 Wilcrest about 7:20 a.m. on Monday (August 20). The victim, Reggie Phillip Porter, 27, of 1445 Lakeside Estates #1417, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Officers P.J. Guerrero and D.S. Vasquez reported: Patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the Fairfield Falls apartment complex and found Mr. Porter lying on the sidewalk near the back of the complex.
