Incident at 7203 Bellerive December 17, 2007 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the death of a man at 7203 Bellerive about 6 a.m. on Sunday (December 16). The suspect, Troy Willams (b/m, DOB: 6-26-88), is charged with murder in the 184th State District Court. The male victim, 41, suffered blunt force trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant G. Gonzalez and Officer R. Moreno reported: Officers responded to an assault in progress at the Stonegate Apartments and observed Williams walking from the apartment building where the victim was found deceased. There appeared to be evidence of a struggle in the apartment. Williams was detained at the scene and on Monday (December 17) a murder charge was filed. |
