HPD officers were called to a shooting incident at 9618 Marlive Lane. When officers arrived they found evidence from the shooting but learned that Mr. Baez had been transported to the hospital where he died upon arrival. It appears that Mr. Baez had been involved in an on-going dispute with the suspect’s family. The suspect went to Mr. Baez’s residence and the pair got into an argument. The argument resulted in a shooting and both males were struck.
