In the first three instances, Jabari knocked on doors of apartments of females alone with small children. In the fourth incident, he forced his way inside the apartment as the victim attempted to enter her apartment. Jabari spoke in broken Spanish and asked the victims for a pen and paper or for a person (s) unknown to them. Jabari then forced his way into the victim’s apartments, pulls out a chrome or stainless steel automatic gun and threatened them. He demanded money, and after the victims complied, he took them to a bedroom where he sexually assaulted them. After the assaults, the victims were told to remain in the bedroom or in a bedroom closet.
