Incident at 2900 Fuqua July 10, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 2900 Fuqua about 6:15 a.m. today (July 10). The victim, Ricardo Figueroa, 31, of 744 Alex Lane in Brownsville, Texas suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J.J. Brooks and Officer M.F. Waters reported: Witnesses stated they heard three to four gunshots about 10 p.m. the previous evening. A passing motorist discovered Mr. Figueroa, lying in a ditch near the roadway. There are no known witnesses, suspects, or motive at this time.
