Update: News Briefing, Amber Alert Cancelled on Five-Year-Old Boy

NEWS BRIEFING CANCELLED AFTER AMBER ALERT CANCELLED FOR FIVE-YEAR-OLD BOY

Please note there will NOT be a news briefing tonight on an Amber Alert issued and then cancelled in the reported disappearance of a five-year-old boy named Jordan Rodriguez.

HPD Homicide Division investigators said the child was located unharmed and had been staying with a relative all afternoon. The child's mother reported Jordan was in the back seat of a vehicle stolen as she pumped gas at a service station on the North Freeway service road near Tidwell earlier this afternoon. The vehicle has been located and individuals are being questioned.
