The second suspect robbed another victim in the parking lot before both suspects fled in a dark colored, four-door compact vehicle.
Procter was arrested and charged after a tip was generated as a result of a press conference held at HPD Headquarters. Investigators are still searching for the second suspect and/or any other robbery victim that was present at the parking lot of Mi Ranchito nightclub during the murder of Mr. Rios.
