Update - Missing Elderly Man Located Unharmed July 25, 2007 - An elderly man reported missing on Tuesday morning (July 24) was located unharmed and taken to an area hospital for observation. Sidney Evans, 66, was last seen driving his white Lexus LS400 in the area of the 10600 block of the Westpark Tollway about 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday. Late Tuesday evening, Mr. Evans was found in his vehicle parked in the 10500 block of Wennington. Officers noted he was disoriented, but not hurt. Officers called paramedics, who transported him to St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital for treatment. Mr. Evans had spoken to his wife on the phone Tuesday morning and stated he was feeling disoriented and that she needed to come get him; however, he could not provide his exact location. Mrs. Evans stated her husband is diabetic and recently began a new medication that leaves him disoriented.
