Update on Incident at 12400 Hodges June 25, 2007 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal stabbing of a man at 12400 Hodges about 7:05 p.m. on Friday (June 22). The suspect, Ryan Dee Gragg (w/m, DOB: 01/28/88), is charged with murder in the 209th State District Court. He is accused in the killing of Israel Charles, 19, of 12530 Arp Street, who suffered a stab wound to his chest and was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Hospital. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Dillingham and T. Huynh reported: Gragg and Mr. Charles were involved in a fight when Gragg stabbed Charles on his chest.
