Incident at 3610 Reed Road June 26, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3610 Reed Road on June 25, about 11:35 p.m. The victim, Lynn Johnson, 40, of 2302 Bell Creek Court in Pearland, sustained a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M.W. McStravick, C.W. Howard and Officer T.A. Andrade reported: Mr. Johnson, a wrecker driver, parked his truck at Ms. Betty’s restaurant and went inside to order food. After Mr. Johnson received his order and returned to his truck, he sat down to eat when the suspect approached and shot him. The suspect fled the scene on foot.
