Incident at 2120 Texas

March 6, 2007 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 2120 Texas about 2 a.m. today (March 6).

The victim, 25, suffered an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. McStravick and Officer T. Andrade reported:

HPD officers responded to a shooting call at 2120 Texas Avenue and found the victim deceased in an apartment parking garage. Investigators are awaiting results of an autopsy in this case.
