Incident at 3407 Graustark

March 31, 2007 -- Houston police are investigating the death of a man at 3407 Graustark about 5:30 p.m. on Friday (March 30).

The victim, Ricardo Cortez, Jr., 55, of 3407 Graustark #8, suffered trauma from a fall and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he later died.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. McStravick and Officer T. Andrade reported:

Mr. Cortez and the suspect were involved in an argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, Cortez fell from a second story walkway.
