2nd Update on Incident at 12313 Bellaire #H May 29, 2007 - Charges have been filed against four suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 12313 Bellaire #H about 11:55 p.m. on May 13, 2007. The victim, Jian Guo Wang, 54, of 9201 Clarewood #358, sustained a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. Christian Calderon (H/m, DOB: 2-10-90), Fernando Santacruz Gomez (H/m, DOB: 5-30-83), Eric Gomez (H/m, DOB: 4-10-87) and a female juvenile have been charged with capital murder in the 232nd State District Court. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants J. Brooks and Officer R. Chappell reported: Mr. Wang was working at the Kung Fu Club game room when multiple suspects entered the business with the intent to rob the patrons. Mr. Wang was involved in a confrontation and was shot by one of the suspects. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction with an undetermined amount of money.
