Traffic Incident at Dyna at North Freeway Service Road November 5, 2007 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at Dyna at the North Freeway (Interstate 45 North) service road about 3 a.m. today (November 5). The victim, Julio Cesar Quezada, of 8701 Hammerly #8701, was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant D. Morgan and Officer J. Lin reported: Mr. Quezada was in a blue Ford Crown Victoria, traveling westbound on Dyna, approaching the North Freeway service road, when he lost control of the vehicle and slammed into the concrete wall of the North Freeway.
